Partnership

Partnership is an important principle in God's Kingdom.

The word ‘partnership’ means: - companionship = friendship, to be in relationship
- association = friendship, to be in fellowship
- affiliation = to be connected
- alliance = to be in agreement with

In the context of Equip 4 Success, God is looking for people who will:

  • Be our companions, working together with us
  • Stand shoulder to shoulder in close association and agreement with our vision and goals
  • Connect with us through prayer and financial support
  • Join with us in an alliance (agreement - Amos 3:3) to accomplish the Father’s will on this earth (Matt 18:19)

Ecclesiastes 4:9–12 speaks about the benefits of friendship (partnership):

Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labour. For if they fall, one will lift up his companion…Again, if two lie down together, they will keep warm; but how can one be warm alone? Though one may be overpowered by another, two can withstand him. And a threefold cord is not easily broken.

  • There is a greater reward for our labour
  • We can lift and encourage each other
  • We are empowered by each other
  • We have a greater ability to withstand difficulty

This is not a ‘one way’ commitment; it is a commitment from Equip 4 Success to you and from you to us; to partner together thereby putting our lives and ministries in a place to be blessed by God.

In Philippians 1:3–7, Paul refers to the “fellowship in the gospel” which he shares with the Philippian people. Fellowship in Greek means communion. This is a partnership, a covenant relationship between two parties who have common interests, to accomplish something that neither of them could do alone. Paul knew that he needed the close association with the Philippian churches in order to achieve his God-given goal.

Mark 16:15 gives us our mandate as Christians:
And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature...”

We all have a responsibility to ‘go’. By partnering with another person or ministry - supporting and thereby ‘sending’ them - we are fulfilling the mandate Jesus gave us, even if we are not the ones to physically ‘go’ ourselves.

We have to prayerfully consider who and what we partner with; for partnership is a system given by God and used by Him to increase the abilities, resources and rewards of all believers. God will show us which ministries to link with; He will direct us as to where to invest our lives and resources. When we obey and form a covenant partnership with another, we can expect the anointing of Jesus to begin to flow through our lives.

The natural man may think that the concept of partnership is a marketing strategy to get money off people. However, this cynical lack of understanding robs people of establishing God’s covenant with each other. In the days in which we live, we need to join together and work in unity, not against each other.

There are two principal areas in which we can partner together:

Prayer

Become partners with us and commit to pray for Keith and Jenny and the Equip 4 Success ministry as we seek to teach and train the body of Christ.

We will send out regular ‘prayer letters’ to encourage and point you in the direction that we believe we need to agree in prayer. Contact us on the details given and join us in this vital role.

If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.
2 Chron 7:14 (NKJ)

Financial

As you partner with us (connecting towards a common cause) and sow your finances, so God will multiply your seed and cause you to have an abundance for every good work.

But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, 2 Cor 9:6-8 (NKJ)may have an abundance for every good work.

These verses concern finance but not only finance - all areas of our lives are affected when we sow ‘good seed’.

Please see the Donations page for details of how to sow financially into the ministry of Equip 4 Success.

Thank you for giving consideration to partnering with us, and we look forward to working together with you to see the lives of people changed and encouraged by the power of God.
